- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour or per sqft of home. Additional fees for stain removal in carpet, glass shower doors, interior windows, & making beds. I do chores like dishes, laundry, putting clothes & toys away, with or without cleanings. I can also replace filters in your fridge, air conditioner, & clean the filters in your dishwasher & clothes washer. I have discounts for customers who refer me to a friend who hires me, & for the friend. I have specials for milestones (like 10th new customer booked) & I have discount code for the compostable trash bags I use if you would like to purchase them. I have specials throughout the year for my recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a full scope of work for the housework needing to be done. I'll ask about the home & if there are pets living in the home, allergies of residents & planning time & date that works best for each of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with a no slack, earn your keep work ethic, doing weekly chores (vacuum stairs, clean full bathroom, dust all furniture, family members laundry & fold it into piles, hang clothes, swept porch, mop kitchen, vacuum 3 floors of carpet & keep my bed made & room tidy. I then served in the military & passed inspections from strict inspectors & was what they call squared away, which means excellent. I raised a family & am familiar with how life gets in the way, so I am here to take the housework off your to-do list.
