Very friendly guys! At first I just wanted him to just drain the pond, but he told me he does fountains and landscaping so I asked him to help me turn our square pond into a courtyard. He gave me a good deal on the fountain price and everything else too! He even gave me good ideas and suggestions, and brought over some planets to put on the top of the fountain (it has a urn on top), no charge! It took a dump truck full of dirt, some cement, several bags of mulch, and of course the fountain but he was friendly and efficient every step of the way! I would definitely recommend him! I usually don't like having people come over to work on the house because I get stressed but he made it fun! Thanks, Robert!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer to get the needs they have and visit the site to get a lay of the land for the perfect plants that fit the customers and environments needs. I am available to the customer via email, text or phone. Getting to know the customer meet them and have them meet me so they feel comfortable with our working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in environmental horticulture. PONDSCAPES pond installation training as well as Al's Garden art fountain set up training.
