- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is extremely hard to price over phone, email, text. every home is different so I charge flat rates. dont want to over or under price:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet for a free consultation, go over everything that is included, pick the best day/time for start a thorough cleaning and if they decide to stay on schedule we then go over a weekly/ bi-weekly cleaning schedule
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
high school. my mom started teaching me to clean when I was about 9ish :)
