Israel constantly kept me updated on his arrival time. When he arrived we discussed my options for my bathroom faucet, he gave his honest opinion and went right to work. He worked tirelessly, having to deal with some very difficult and rusty pipes, but continued working until he finished the job. He made sure everything was cleaned up and double checked his work again prior to leaving. I would not hesitate to have him return to do other plumbing work for me.
