1000 out of 10! I don't have enough words to express my gratitude. 60% of my house flood due to a hot water heater spewing water. I called Rhino and within an hour they were at my house. They moved fast, getting 22 dryers and 4 dehumidifiers in place while moving furniture and removing baseboards. Chris was amazing and kept saying they have it covered. He made sure we knew every step in the process. All of the men working were polite and professional. I absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Daniel and Chris are very thorough and make sure everything is done following the protocols of the industry. They are very comforting and transparent with what they do. There communication is amazing, comforting, informative, and they go above and beyond with everything they do. I would highly recommend Rhino to anyone who needs mold remediation or water damage restoration.

Rhino Restoration was a life saver. I had my water heater rupture and flood my house. Chris from Rhino Restoration was there right away to ease my anxiety. Chris and his helper showed some of the best customer service/professionalism that I have personally ever experienced with any company. They did a thorough job in removing all the moisture from my flood and put my house back in order after the job was done. I highly recommend Chris from Rhino Restoration if you are in the market for a Restoration company. Second to none.

Very Pleased with Rhino Restoration. I had contacted them initially ( Mathijs) , but they told me I would need a mold assessment. They suggested Elemental Solutions ( ES was great also). After we got our mold assessment, I sent it to Mathijs. Rhino Restorations were able to come out in a few days. Chris and his coworker, Daniel, explained everything and answered all of my questions.All 3 communicated very well and kept me updated on all communications including arrival times. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
