I originally hired Dan to finish work on a 820+sf home addition. Dan completed the framing, doors, insulation, drywall, wall & ceiling texturing, and crown molding. After that, Dan's wife Brenda managed the painting of the project. Dan has returned to perform many other projects over the years; such as, custom tile, wood flooring, kitchen remodel, custom archways, lighting & ceiling fans, garage door opener, custom closet, and much more. Dan makes suggestions on where to save the customer money and offers discounts when available and supports our military. Dan has always been trustworthy with my home in his craftmanship and security. My wife and I have hired Dan to construct a two level 400 square ft deck, build a shelving unit in our living room, and replace some shingles on our house after a storm over the past few years. Each job he has done has been more than we have asked for and his prices are beyond fair. If we ever need any more work done, he will be the only guy we call.

We hired Dan and his wife to do a first I believe for them! We asked them to place French doors where our double windows were in our dining room and make the door in our kitchen a window. Dan and his wife were very helpful. They recommended where we might be able more affordable supplies. They also tried to keep our home as clean as possible while there were two holes in the wall and throughout the dry wall process. Dan is very knowledgeable on many different home improvement topics and his workmanship was terrific! We are very happy with the results!

Danz Remodeling is completely reliable and honest. This is especially important to us because we live out of town and can't be there to see things first hand. Dan has done many jobs at our rental house with our tenants there--from small to major things. The communication is great. We are military and he is very supportive. He will continue to be the first one we call when something comes up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Danz Remodeling does not have a complicated pricing system but I would still like the opportunity to answer this question. Flooring, Fireplace Refacing, Mailboxes, and many other items ceilings fans, light fixtures fencing and others have a set price, However Custom Decks is on a bid basis, Addiditonally Danz has an hourly rate on some services IE Commercial Accounts, Drywall work, etc,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Phone Contact 2) Scheduling a "Meet n Greet" to discuss project n give estimate verbal/written 3) Schedule a date to start project n schedule a completion date.
