I have 32 years of Family law experience, I am a former state and county child support enforcement attorney. I have been selected as a “Super Lawyer” for three years in a row. The designation is limited to the top 5% of the attorneys in the country. You cannot buy a membership as a Super Lawyer, You must be nominated. I have 69 five-star ratings on AVVO, which is probably the nations largest attorney review company, and my AVVO rating is a 10. I am also Super Lawyer inductee 2016-2018. I represented the state of Florida Department of Revenue, handling over 30,000 child support and paternity cases and also represented the Broward County Support Enforcement Division and was an assistant state attorney for the Miami Child Support Program. "Completely satisfied" I found Attorney Robert’s name listed on the web as one of the best divorce attorneys in the area. The very first time I spoke to him about my case, I knew I can trust him completely. I was not sure what to expect during my divorce process since it was a new thing for me. My divorce case got little complicated for me, when my ex filed PPO with false accusations against me in different state. I was nervous but after I spoke to Robert, his comforting confidence inspired me to go ahead and fight against the PPO, which is getting dismissed. He is very approachable, reliable and provided a very professional service. He is very reasonable when invoicing for his time and always provided the response on time. He is honest and very informative for all my situation. I could not have asked a better lawyer to represent me and I will always recommend him. He navigates proceedings with confidence and nails down what you came to accomplish. He is laser focused in the courtroom. Not only prepared and strategic, he is unyielding in seeking your best interest. He knows your case as well as you do and makes stellar choices when taking action. He is pragmatic and patient, knowing exactly the right moment and the right questions to ask to prove your point and discredit the other side. Robert has a plan in place from the start and will see it through regardless of obstacles. He will read everything you send him and take every one of your concerns seriously. He is shockingly prompt in responding to texts and emails. And when you have become totally unhinged from the stress, his candor and kind sense of humor will bring your eyes back to the big picture. Most days you forget he is your attorney and think of him as a good friend providing some much needed counsel. Another client coined Robert, “Hannan the Cannon” and I could not agree more. I interviewed two other attorneys who were both recommended by a judge from another county, but my parents saw Robert Hannan had a perfect 10 rating and insisted I call him.
