- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rate Card $150/hour Pay as you go. $125/hour Project rate $100/hour Retainer,in 20 hour blocks, per month, under contract with 3 month minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery. Proposal. Engage. Complete. We begin with a discovery session to understand your needs. Following up with a proposal, we list options so you can control how much time and energy we spend in each area. You sign and pay to engage us. We do not work on spec. Once we begin, we work with you on each project, to your satisfaction. Rinse and repeat, per project, or move to retainer to work with us at lower rates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA in Fine Arts from UCF in Orlando, FL sets up our design capabilities. Eric has over 5,000 hours in Photoshop and 3,000 in Illustrator. Designing the web, professionally since 1994, we live and breath Internet, focused on search for almost that long. We've been building in WordPress since 2004, Magento since 2008 and for the past three years have been obsessive about your site's security. Recent certs include Google AdWords: Search and Display; and Digital Marketing Strategy. We stay current and in the last few years attended Social Fresh, Gartner Symposium and other leading events. On top of all this, in the past three years, we have won 22 Addy Awards, including best of show digital, and a District Addy.
