I was visiting from Gainesville, and Brenna was very helpful over the phone! A dispatcher was at my Grandparents house in less than 30 minutes, in this time, the other keysmiths who I called BEFORE Key-en-lock couldnt even get back to me until after the technician made it out here. If speed & good customer service is what you want, go here!

I called at 3pm on a Saturday to have a car key made. A young man came to my house by 4 and made a valet key. Sorry I dont remember his name. Before he left, I started the car and there was a loud vibration noise in the engine. He looked and said a motor mount was loose. He tightened it for me and showed me be two areas of concern. I felt safer going from Satellite Beach to Valkaria that evening. The price of the key was less than the dealer and the service is great.
