- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only Standard Pricing I have is for my birthday party shows, which can be found on my webpage VynnCredible.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer varies depending on the gig. Most gigs will have a contract to approve and a deposit to make. This locks in your date so no one else can get it ahead of you. If it's a birthday party there may be other things that need taken care of like getting me a high resolution picture of your child's face for the poster that is included with the show, making sure I have the correct spelling of the name for the Magician's Certificate and finally getting all the mailing information for the custom invitations and thank you cards. It's all quite painless and I have it down to a science, but these little touches will make the day extra special!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became fascinated with magic in college and have always been a bit of entertainer. After moving to Florida after college, I found a magic shop and soon met others just as crazy as me. The next thing you know I put together what I thought was a magic show and 20 years later still can't believe that someone was kind enough to book me for that first show!
