- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With today's pricing on gas I do charge a travel fee. However I am always open to give a discount when approached.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I go to your location I will present you with my Identification and I will always abide to your request for covid precautions. I will ask you for ID also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with elderly my entire work life and I am a people person. My certifications are: Notary, Certified Insurance Specialist, First Aide, CPR, CNA, I am in the process of becoming a Realtor, 12 years of Sales & Marketing and over 40 years experience in Skilled Nursing and Assisted living.
