- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a per notarial act. $10 each. VIN verification $30. There is also an additional travel/convenience fee. Printing and shipping services also available. Marriage licenses and officiating small weddings, please inquire for special pricing. For loan/refinance packages and real estate packages, pricing varies based on travel/printing/scan backs/drop off or delivery. Please call for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always talk on the phone with a new customer, to understand their needs, discuss documents, and ask who is signing. I discuss ID's that are required and ask if witnesses are needed? I guide them to signature lines to discover if so. Give them an estimate on the phone and breakdown of fees. Then I schedule and discuss payment types. I let them know to call if they have any questions or if changes to scheduled appointment. Occassionaly the client will send me the document via email if they want a more solid quote or clarification if this is something that I can notarize.
