Why am I allowed to choose only three of the five qualities about The Handy Nerd? Ricky has all five: he was responsive (He came to set up our TV and sound system the afternoon I called to request his service.); his work reflected truly excellent value (He charged us one third of the price I was quoted by Best Buy); Ricky was professional in his work and in his approach to us {He went right to wok, knowing exactly what had to be done, and he treated my wife and me with the utmost courtesy and respect.); the quality of his work was such that when he was finished, he wanted to make certain that we understood completely how our new system functioned; and, finally, I could have set my clock by him he was so punctual (He said he would arrive at 2:00 pm; he arrived at 1:59.). A veteran, Ricky embodies the professional qualities one comes to expect from a young man who has honorably served his country and who now brings that same work ethic to his new-found career.
