- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard service call for work within Brevard County is $59 for the call out and includes up to the first 30 minutes of work. Additional time is bill at a low $20 per 15 minute. Our rates are slightly higher if we are working outside of Brevard or if we are installing customer provided components. Contact us for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us, send us a service request, we will find a time which works with your schedule and then arrive in a well stocked service vehicle to get your job completed. Our professional service technicians are able to resolve most of our calls in the first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our three managers in the business have a combined 65 years working. That average out to our managers working in this business for 22 years. For the last 10 years our company has been a Franklin Electric Key Dealer and a Sta-Rite (Pentair) Award Dealer. We are the areas only 3M water system dealer and are members of both the Florida Water Quality Association and the Florida Ground Water Association. Further, our founder sits on the board for the Florida Ground Water Association. We constantly are training our team and updating them so they can be prepared to solve you specific needs.
