- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of services requested by client and is completely customizable depending on specific need and wants. We can offer and bartender only service all the way up to Sips & Sage bringing everything but the alcohol, including a bar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we can set up a quick call to go over your specific needs/wants for your special event. Afterwards, I will send you the contract detailing everything we spoke about. The contract will also have your total amount due. Upon signing the contract we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance due will be required 1 month prior to your event, unless we have worked out another arrangement, such as an event that is coming up soon. I will provide an alcohol shopping list as well to simplify the process for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my TIPS certification in the state of Florida for Off-premise Alcohol service. As well I am food safe certified.
