What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can either help others with 1:1 hourly coaching or a 6 week program for groups or individuals. I also offer full weekend intensives.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially new customers would contact me and fill out a customer application form (online, or email). Then we would schedule a 30-45 min phone call to discuss their needs and set up the right coaching program for them. I offer 1:1 or group sessions either hourly or a 6 week program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an osteopathic pediatrician with 22 yrs of experience in helping children with their health and wellness needs. The past 2 years I have completely switched over to all natural plant based products for myself and my family including health care, body and household products and I want to share this information and help coach others to do the same.
