With their wishes of what they want and corrections which are needed for a healthy body I make a whole new program and adapt to every training to make it best for them at that moment. I like helping people to change their body and life into a new positive perspective. To see them happy and healthy feeling good about themselves fulfills me and makes me to also become better me so I can give them even more positive changes.

Valentino is an excellent trainer. He's been able to help me fully understand how to work out properly ensuring that old injuries do not occur again and encourages me to push myself. He willingly shares his expertise with you to make the sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience. He is easy to relate to and has a good sense of humor which helps to motivate me. He does not use a cookie cutter approach where a trainer just uses your age and weight then looks up a stock program on a computer. He pays attention to your goals, habits, metabolic type, and physical abilities. As a final shoutout to Valentino, I definitely appreciate his extra effort in making sure I stay on track outside of our sessions - he's briefed me on changing my eating habits to further help me along with my fitness goals and has given me a workout routine to do as "homework" between sessions.

Valentino is a great trainer in many different ways. Not only he helped me to loose weight, he managed to resolve pain in my back and knees with his exercises. Every training with him was always a lot of fun so I wanted to train more. He made everything easier in my mind to overcome while my body was just following commands. Sometimes he trained with me, he's not lazy to show me how things are done and be an example for me. I don't see him only as a trainer but also as a friend who's really here for me to show me the way and be part of it. Thank you Valentino!

Valentino is very professional. He's helping me a lot. We are working out just two weeks and I'm feeling much better. He is fixing my back with his program. Valentino is very dedicated and easy to work with. He is probably the best personal trainer that I work with.

Valentino is great person with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Because of that working with him is great fun. Beside that his will to learn new things about training is the most important. He knows what is good for you,and more important what isn't.

Tino is an excellent trainer. He motivates me to do my best and always push me as far as i can go. Always apper with something different to do, so that my body dont get used to doing the same everyday. Beside the regular training, he gives me "homework", so i can threat my knee injure. Im really happy with all the results and the way my body is developing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I follow a few different sites which are the best for professionals to learn new things about fitness and healthy lifestyle. In near future I'm planning to spread my knowledge onto Crossfit and a couple of different fields but for now I have excellent results and pretty much I understand all of those concepts, they were invented a long time ago, they only give new names for these workouts and make them ''special'' in that way.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I had a lot of trainers in my life, some of them were good and some of them not so good. They lead me to injuries and problems with my health because of lack in their knowledge and experience. That's is the reason I wanted to educate myself and be opened to every opinion and learn every day something new. My knowledge lead me to professional and national team and becoming one of the best players in world. And the bottom line, I could enjoy everything because I was healthy while doing it.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look for a personal trainer who wants what is best for you, at all times I mean what will bring you health and results because they are connected to each other. If you get too tired because of training on the next one you'll just get more tired and results will drop down. You can also get sick and injured, so search for a trainer who will adapt every training to your current capabilities.
