I am sorry I could not help you with all your repairs. Your tenant insisted I perform the work after the 9-5 hours. I am just not able to work those late hours. I was glad to help with the toilet. I would love to help you in the future just can not work those hours the late hours of 10 pm - 11 pm. Thank you for your business.

I used Joseph to repair a broken dual-bolt lock on my patio sliders. I gave him the job mostly because he was first to respond and seemed very eager to do the job. He also quoted me a good price. I give him credit also for his responsiveness and eagerness to accommodate my schedule. He met my wife and was able to promptly fix the lock. The only reason for the 3 stars is that his price jumped almost 50% from his quote on Thumbtack. He told me the price was X and then he told my wife that there was an additional service fee of nearly 50% from the quoted price. This of course made him noncompetitive to the other bids, particularly considering the simplicity of the task. If you use him, make sure all fees are disclosed up-front.

Hi Victor, The front door and the sliding glass door were worked on. There was a small increase for the second door as well as for coming out after hours. The quote was originally given at 12 noon, so I adjusted accordingly when you told me you'd need me after 5pm. That along with taxes made the resulting price. Have a nice day, God bless you, Joseph

Joseph Child is a very dedicated, professional, courteous and reliable individual. I initially hired Joseph to change my front door locks as well as lower some shelves and do some box rearranging in my guest room. He completed the work very efficiently. Since that time, I have utilized Joseph Childs for several other projects in my apartment, most recently the mounting of two televisions, one small one in my guest room and a larger TV in my living room. It is very important to Mr. Childs that he satisfies his customer. Throughout the latest project as well as the others, he constantly asked if what he was doing met with my satisfaction. I would definitely hire Joseph Childs again!
