- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I've been practicing for so many years I have a very good understanding and will quote a flat fee or a fee range depending on the nature and complexity of the case and the clients goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many clients don't want to come in until I have spoken to them . I'm more than happy to do so. Usually once they speak to me they're anxious to come in and meet with me. Consultation is free. I outline everything that's involved for them and I discuss the fees. Many times I am hired on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly . The Florida bar mandates it but I do more than required ...
