This client wanted a business plan for a complicated business model, however he was upset because he thought the business plan should have been no more than 8 pages. His plan finished at 21 pages including all necessary research, financial analysis and projections, with a positive outcome in proving the viability of his business model.
WOW, It was my 1st time using any kind of social media to find somebody to do my company branding. Not only was my job completed on time, but there was some great creativity involved. I know it was because of experience. What most impressed me is her attitude. It wasn't just telling you what you wanted to hear to get the job it was telling you what you need to hear to make the job successful. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Projects are priced according to the amount of time required to meet the scope of work designated by the client. A fixed price is given prior to beginning the project . The price will not ever go higher without the client requesting additional separate projects, in which a new separate quote is issued in writing. Prices are competitive, and adjusted to meet the scope of work, so the client only pays for the actual work needed. Payment schedule: 60% deposit at the beginning of the project 20% progress payment if the project extends significant amount of time 20% final payment upon delivery of specified project OR 40% balance upon delivery if progress payment was not required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. A phone call or face-to-face client meeting to determine the project goals based on the company needs. 2. A written proposal is prepared for client, including the agreed upon fee, time schedule to start and complete the project, and detailed list of inclusions of project deliverables. 3. I begin working! 4. We have meetings schedule for progress updates as necessary. 5. Delivery meeting is scheduled.
