A great experience working with Livane as they took care of cleaning, and resealing my interior and exterior spaces. Service was punctual and as quoted.
I also appreciated the attention to detail in coming back a few days after everything dried to take care of any blind spots or areas that needed more sealing.

the customer service was good, but the quality of work not good. I spoke with the person in charge and sure enough they did send someone out to correct the peobelms we saw, but unfortunately it was not. i was asked to send pictures, which i did.
When they came they must have come from a construction site because all kind of cement particles were on the floor and on the rug in the waiting area.
in addition, they had the audacity to leave a small amount of stripper and wax in a 16oz water bottle. i said ok, but what am I to do with this. The stipper melted through the bottle and messed up my curriculm materials that was on the shelf below. i cleaned up the stuff but my books were no good.
the quality of the floor would have been better if they used another coat of wax or better quality of wax. in the end customer service good, but work quality not good. unfortunately, i will not be using them again.
