I hired Fernando Oberlin (The Green Box) to cater my baby shower. I was looking for someone who can come to my location, on site cooking, to make chicken paella. It has not yet happened however Fernando was kind enough to send me a large portion of a sample meal so I can taste it. It was delicious. The chicken paella had plenty of chicken, vegetable, and was very presentable. He also sent me a sample of the salad along with salad dressing. The salad was amazing and once again very presentable.
I normally dont write reviews but I felt I had to. Im 8 months pregnant and I think I might have waited too long to do my own baby shower, however Fernando has been very attentive to my needs. He has done an outstanding job with his customer service skills. Fernando has followed up with me by email, text, and by calling me. Fernando has made my baby shower plans less stressful. I will write another review after my baby shower
