- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Diagnostic service is free with any approved repair; if no repair is performed, a diagnostic fee may apply. All pricing is explained upfront before any work begins so no surprises or hidden fees. We also offer competitive rates, maintenance options, and occasional seasonal discounts. Our focus is on providing long-term value by doing the job right the first time, not upselling unnecessary services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed conversation to understand the issue or request. From there, we perform a proper inspection and diagnostics, explain our findings clearly, and present the best options. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently, test the system thoroughly, and make sure the customer is fully informed before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA 608 certified and trained to work on a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems. We stay up to date with current HVAC standards, safety practices, and energy-efficient technologies to ensure every job is done correctly and in compliance with Florida regulations.
