- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's the step-by-step process of what a new concreution job would look like: 1. You reach out to us via our website, phone number, or on Thumbtack. 2. One of our support staff will call you to schedule a free estimate. 3. A member of our sales team will meet with you at the agreed time to discuss the project, provide solutions, and present you with an estimate. 4. You will receive the estimate in writing via text and email the same day. 5. Once you decide to move forward with the project, we only require a 10% deposit to begin work. 6. If permits are required, and you would like us to file them for you, we will do so for a small permit processing fee. Permits take about 2-6 weeks to get approved. We will schedule the inspectors for you as well. 7. We work around your calendar and the weather to schedule the job when it best suits you. 8. Once the job is complete, and you love the end result, we collect the remaining 90% balance.
