I contacted Vazquez for an estimate and in the same day, my patio was assessed and the estimate was done and presented to our family. The price was appropriate for the type of work and the extension of the project. During this process we contacted 8 companies to have estimates, Vazquez Concrete Finish was the only company that answered in the same day and the price was fair. It was a rainy week, so the owner explained us that he need to wait until he can properly work, he does not let us hanging. The project started 3 days after, he even came 1 day earlier than agreed. The job took exactly the time he explained it will be: the steps were followed as explained, the attention to the details were impressive. The thing I liked more was that the customer service was just right: they dont talk that much, only when is needed and what is needed, the rest of the time are working hard and they kindly let us to interact and check what they were doing and got back to work r

I usually don't go out of my way to write a review unless something is vad but in this case it is the opposite. I got 3 different quotes all around the same price but Vazquez was the only professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. So I went with him. He showed up on the scheduled day and on time, he went above and beyond, never got annoyed by me asking question or seeing them work. He handled the job with grace. His workers were all respectful, no profanity and no inappropriate comments. The driveway and the slab he put in backyatd came out 100% better than I imagined. If there were 10 stars I would give him. I recommend Vazquez concrete without hesitation and I thank him for a great job.
