- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Direct Conversation - Either by phone, or meeting. During this consultation, I evaluate the Client and the matter at hand. If I decide the case/issue is meritorious, I advise the client as to his/her options, whether any additional information is needed, and my fees for representation. I then give my clients my direct contact information so that lines of communication will always be open.

1. B.S. In Accounting and Finance, Juris-Doctorate 2. IRS licensed ERO/Transmitter (representation in Tax Court) 3. Owner of (1) Accounting Firm and (2) Law Firm. 4. Extensive Deposition training/experience, with focus on Cross-Examination of expert witnesses 5. Immigration ramifications for Criminal Acts. 6. Over 500 cases, 6 years of experience. 7. Trial Lawyer.
