- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work according with your Budget, Time and Needs of your pet. I offer discounts for 5 days a week for any pet service if you live around North Miami Beach and Aventura area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first visit is to access your dog behaviors and interaction with the family. I will give you recommendation to deal with problematic situations, as well as making a training plan according to yours and the pet needs, your time and budget. The owner commitment to practice with their pet, is crucial for the success of the training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: I'm a Biologist. Jobs and Training: March 2010-April 2011. Walking Doggies. Professional Animal behavior counselor, Staff trainer and Manager. September 2008-October 2009: Department of Aquatic Animals Health, College of Veterinary Medicine. University of Florida. Research Assistant: Manatee tracking, behavior observations and Histology Laboratory. Project: Behavioral and histological evaluation of the chemical senses of the Florida manatee, Trichechus manatus latirostris. July 2006-November 2009: Doggie Styles Pet Salon. Manager. Responsible for providing the highest level of service possible to all dogs/owners and overseeing all day-to-day operational issues. June 2004-March 2006. Marine Mammals Trainer: Animal Care, Training and Enrichment of the Bottle Nose Dolphins, Manatees, Macaws and Sloths. August 1995-April 2004: Professional Animal behavior counselor.
