First I would like to say why can I only give 5 Stars! This company out shown and created a loving home for us. We meet with Silvio and spoke about what our visions were with the remolding and he knocked it out of the ball park. Anything we needed, even a late night text he responded with eagerness and care. I believe from my experience after working with SDSI construction they are by far the best around. Thank you Silvio and your guys for making our home a special place

We requested to have our walls fixed and repainted and we appreciated the timeliness and professionalism of SDSI Remodeling. The cost of the quote and the timeframe of the project were reasonable for our situation since we lived in a condo in downtown so it was difficult to schedule and get everything ready. SDSI went above and beyond and fixed all the baseboards and painted the walls so our condo looks brand new. I will recommend and use them in the future for any projects in Miami.

I am extremely pleased with the work completed by SDSI. They did an outstanding job painting the desired areas and exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of workmanship were evident throughout the entire project.
They were punctual, courteous, and took great care to ensure everything was completed neatly and efficiently. The finished result looks beautiful, and the paint application is smooth, clean, and flawless. They transformed the space exactly how I envisioned it.
I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, skilled painters. Thank you for a job well done!

Silvio and his team were great, and were always in communication with us. It took about a week total to remove and finalize the new installation of the tile floor. Will be using them again in future projects
