It is with great pleasure I share my recommendation for Frank and Legacy Electrical. I upgraded my panel and rewired my entire house. Frank is a professional who enjoys being an electrician. Therefore, his work was done with great quality and workmanship. My recommendation with Frank comes with his ability to find solutions to my problems with dealing with the Inspectors from the City of Miami. He found ways to resolve every issue and work with me in cost and time. Something that is hard to find in this industry and in Miami. If you are looking for an honest electrician at a fair price then you will not be able to find someone better. Trust me, I quoted 8 electricians before deciding to go with Frank on my job.

Frank, of Legacy Electrical, called me first thing in the morning (after making some purchases overnight from Home Depot) to inquire what I needed done in my home. I knew I wasn't explaining myself well (just worked 12 hours overnight) but Frank listened and had a spot on idea of what I wanted. He gave me an amazing quote over the phone and arrived the same day (hours later) to install. I know it's not always like that but I seem to have caught him on a good day. He was prompt, we had good conversation about other things in life, he did an amazing job and was clean about his work. I will be recommending Frank & his company to anyone who asks if I know an electrician who does great work. Furthermore; I will be calling him for future projects as well. Thanks Frank!

He responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner and completed the job without delay.He arrived on time and was able to detect and provide practical solutions to all electrical issues. His professionalism and his commitment to excellence are reflected in his work.From light fixtures, doing a ground system upgrade for the whole house, relocation of appliances or installation of a new electrical panel, Mr. Herrera exceeded all expectations. Felt hustled. The tech that came removed the breakers and said I needed new ones. When I told him I couldnt have the service done at the time and asked him to put them back, he said he couldnt put them back and if I didnt have them fixed, Id be without power.I spoke with a different electrician about it and I was told he couldve definitely put them back. On top of that, he told me the water heater was too strong for my unit and he would have to disconnect it until I switch out and get a heater that fits my unit better- this meant no hot water until I fixed it. The water was still hot after he left because he had disconnected the wrong wires. Needless to say, I wont be using this company again.

We appreciate your review ,and understand your frustration .At the moment of our visit to do a electrical troubleshooting in you apartment we found that someone before us have installed a 50 amp thankless water heater with the incorrect wire size and breaker ,not only this ,we found that you also have the incorrect breakers for a 20/30 and 20/40 circuits also with the incorrect breakers and that your apartment 100 amp main breaker was also burn out for overload we explain to you the electrical issues and the burn out in the breakers and we also show you and give you and estimate in before purchasing any material or doing any job .We also found that your new Ac unit have the same problem ,wrong over current protection and wrong wire size as per the manufacture name plate and the national electrical code .You never requested for Us to stop the work or leave the premises before starting the work .We also provide you with and estimate to install the correct size water heater for your apartment to no overload your system because you only have 100 amp for your apartment unit . Please be advise that any repairs done by any other contractor or handyman will Void your warranty . Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or questions ,remember that we are here to help you !
