- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photography: I generally charge around $75-125 for a one hour session of photos. Video Production: I generally charge $10 per second of the final video. All of this said, I'm flexible and willing to work with your budget! Discounts: REVIEWS: Once the client approves their photo and or video product(s), I may offer, at my discretion, a 5-10% discount from the contract price if my client gives me a google business review that I approve of. REFERRALS: Also, at my discretion I may offer more discounts or promotional offers to my client if they refer me to friends, family, etc., and it leads to successful photo and/or video shoot(s) with said referred client(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the process involves acquiring the photo and/or video needs of my client through a phone call, text or email. Then, I will give them a price range, or, for simpler projects, I will give them a quote at this time. Afterwards, my client and I will have a back and forth via phone call, text or email, where we establish how exactly we are going to realize their vision. Once that's done, if I haven't already, I will give my client a quote, and we will agree on a concrete price. If my price is agreed upon, we will pick a date for the photo and/or video shoot, and I will email a copy of my standard contract to the client for them to look over. Since my client needs to sign my standard contract before any work begins, we can either meet before the shoot date, they can print and scan the signed contract and email it to me, or they can sign the contract at the location of the shoot. Again, the contract must be signed before any work begins on my part. After the shoot, I promptly edit and deliver the client's professional quality photos and/or video(s) with watermark(s). Once the client approves their photo and or video product(s), I may offer, at my discretion, a 5-10% discount from the contract price if my client gives me a google business review that I approve of. Then, I will email my invoice to the client. The client will then send me payment via the internet, through the mail, or in person. Once payment is received, I will immediately send the photos and/or video(s) (without watermarks) to the client over the internet. If the client so desires, I may offer to mail or give the file(s) in person on a flash drive at an additional cost. To conclude, at my discretion I may offer more discounts or promotional offers to my client if they refer me to friends, family, etc., and it leads to successful photo and/or video shoot(s) with said referred client(s).

I have over 8 years of professional freelance photography and video production experience, with proficiency in all aspects involved. During this time, I have created countless professional photos, and hundreds of professional videos from start to finish, with an emphasis on commercials. I have an excellent track record, satisfying the vast majority of my clients.
