- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Gate Motors Unlimited LLC we believe in transparent and fair pricing. Most residential service calls start at $95 for the first hour of technician time, while commercial service calls typically start at $150. Emergency after-hours service is also available. We always diagnose the problem first and explain the repair options before performing any work. Our goal is to provide honest recommendations and long-lasting solutions, not temporary fixes. Pricing varies depending on the type of repair, parts required, and complexity of the gate system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make things easy for the customer. The customer contacts us by phone, email, or online request. We schedule a service call or consultation. Our technician inspects the gate system and diagnoses the issue. We explain the problem and provide repair or replacement options. Once approved, we perform the repair or installation. Before leaving, we test the system and make sure everything operates safely and properly. We also explain maintenance tips to help extend the life of the gate system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have extensive hands-on experience working with electric gate operators, access control systems, and automated entry systems. We regularly work with major gate operator brands and stay up to date with new gate technology, safety devices, and installation standards. Our experience includes working with sliding gates, swing gates, solar gate operators, loop detectors, photo eye sensors, keypads, and remote control systems for both residential and commercial properties.
