- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process always starts with understanding the client’s vision — whether it’s a romantic French-inspired setup, a modern Korean aesthetic, tropical designs, or something completely unique. We begin with a consultation to discuss ideas, mood, and details. From there, we develop a concept tailored to the client, including floral selection, color palette, and overall styling. We love working on creative and non-traditional projects — from statement installations to oversized arrangements and bold, artistic compositions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is led by owners with many years of hands-on experience in the industry, bringing a deep understanding of floral design and event styling. We also have team members with formal education in landscape design, which allows us to approach each project with both creativity and structural balance. In addition, our team continuously develops their skills through various professional courses in floristry, flower care, and design techniques. This combination of practical experience and ongoing education helps us deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed results.
