Our first floor condo bathroom ceilings had water damage due to a leak from the upstairs unit. Our tenants never reported the damage and it got much worse. We recently found out about the damage and hired Yusnier who was wonderful. He was very informative and diagnosed the problem and repaired the damage in two days at a fair price. The ceiling had to be removed due to the damage and Yusnier left it as good as new. We don't live in Miami where the condo is located and he was always in touch and kept us in the loop with progress photos. He was also available on short notice. He's definitely our guy for home repair in the future!

Mr. Pardias completely remodeled a large two car garage. The work include a completely insulated ceiling, reinforced flooring above the ceiling for storage, ceiling lighting, new wiring and electrical outlets, dual ceiling access panels and a through the wall air conditioner! He did the work for the agreed upon pricing, he was always on time even during hurricane warnings, he cleaned up the work site every day, and always appeared well groomed, clean, engaging, knowledgeable. A true professional craftsmen!

Yusnier did an amazing job at my house. He painted 3 bedrooms plus mounted tvs in all 3 rooms. Having toddlers, it was important the tv cables were not hanging out. Yusnier was able to put the cables inside the wall and moved the electrical outlets as well so the kids can't pull on them. He also changed all my second floor lightbulbs, put in two ceiling lamps plus installed a new kitchen faucet. In addition, he changed my front door knob/handle/lock and installed a key pad entry lock. Plus he also installed a new extractor fan in my master bath. He picked up and cleaned up after himself when all was done with. Yusnier was kind enough to give me estimates for all else I want to get done around the house. I'd recommend him to friends and family. And definetely will be calling him back for future projects.
