Yusnier did a great job on our project - he hung about 30 pics and put together some bathroom fixtures. Very professional, on time, polite...good guy who we would use again.

Did an excellent job with the work done from plastering to installing cabinets, painting, fix doors in the organization and change the locks if they are bad, carry out carpentry works by fixing furniture, repair electrical gadgets, repair plumbing appliances, repair mail box and replace when necessary. carry out flooring works, troubleshoot general problems, repair and replace general hardware, remove stains and paint building when necessary, attend to members of staff promptly when called upon.
Excellent, excellent job very resonable prices and guarantees all his work. I would recommend to anyone that needs anything mentiined above done in their property or company.
The best person to work with and the best Ive dealt with in homestead by far!!!!!! Will reccomend and keep eorking with for sure!!

Excellent job with very reasonable price. He helped me to replace the drywall, put the new tiles and install new vanities. My bathroom looks beautiful now! Highly recommended. Will contact him for future projects.

Our first floor condo bathroom ceilings had water damage due to a leak from the upstairs unit. Our tenants never reported the damage and it got much worse. We recently found out about the damage and hired Yusnier who was wonderful. He was very informative and diagnosed the problem and repaired the damage in two days at a fair price. The ceiling had to be removed due to the damage and Yusnier left it as good as new. We don't live in Miami where the condo is located and he was always in touch and kept us in the loop with progress photos. He was also available on short notice. He's definitely our guy for home repair in the future!
