- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try giving accurate pricing although, in person meetings where we can determine the level and complexity of work will enable us to give you the best quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need some basic information from you to determine we are capable of giving you the service you need. Secondly, we want to check out the project in person and make a formal agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Melvin has over 10 years of hands on experience installing flooring. He has worked for larger companies, freelance and this year we reached a milestone when we officially opened our own company.
