Andres was awesome and very knowledgeable. I had to move out from my old apartment to a new one in 3 days...I contacted Andres in the evening and he was already in my new place in the morning installing the floor....he even drove with me to the store to make sure I have all right materials to start the project....he is very responsible and cares about his work....FYI l, I contacted multiple companies, and they kept changing the prices constantly and were telling me that they would need 2-3 days to install the floor.....however, Andres was abe to complete everything in just couple hours...I will definitely hire him again if I need too)))))

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts me by phone or by app, the process is;
1 take note of what you need
2 schedule an appointment at the job site to learn more about the job and make possible recommendations, if the client does not have time for an appointment, we can make a video call.
3 I send a detailed proposal with all the costs of the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an industrial engineer approved by the state of Florida, I have three years of experience in the flooring area and I have knowledge of materials for installation
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Once a client told me that if I could install a laminate in an office, I told him that I had never done it but that I would try it, finally I did the installation, it turned out well for my first time, something that impressed me was the change of the office only with the floor. That day I decided that I wanted to do this, I already looked for a job as an installation assistant to start learning and after a year of teaching and practicing I started on my own
