I booked my first appointment last night and Natalia texted me immediately, making sure I was all set prior to the service. This was also my first experience with a mobile dog groomer, but I felt at ease with all communication throughout this whole process. She picked up my dog promptly and communicated once she was done to meet her downstairs. For anyone looking for a friendly, quick, and caring groomer, this is the place!
