FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many design firms do have complicated pricing systems, but I like for our clients to feel at ease. To keep things simple, instead of charging hourly, per square foot, or a flat rate which can either exceed or fall under the actual worth of the project, like other firms, we simply charge a percentage of the final cost of the project. So, we take what you've spent on your project and charge you a percentage of that- nice and simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have to learn about building codes, new trends, etc. And that is all to your benefit because the more I know, the more successful your project will be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
