- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing, I recommend first to have an interview by phone or email, so based on client's inquires I can send a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) First Site visit and interview with the client. 2) Presentation of services and packages to the client. 3) At the moment of getting hire, the client must signed a letter of acceptance and a contract which describes the type of job, cost per service and methods of payment. 4) Schedule first day of work base on availability on calendar. 5) Start the job keeping constant communication with the client, throughout calls, visits, concept board presentation, 3D Modeling, finishes selections, etc 6) The completion of the jobs are usually done on time, in the case that any inconvenience appears which delays the process, the client will be always notified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior Design Diploma Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering Expertise in Visual Tools as 3D Rendering, Floor plans, Mood Boards. Feng Shui Teacher and Consultant (based on the fundaments of Feng Shui of the Present Time author D.Didier - Editions Mercia du Lac)
