- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a proposal with flat-rate that's calculated with the estimated hours of work the project will take. Designer will let client know depending on number of rooms and design details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site meeting so designer and client can meet. Here we discuss client's needs and how NUQA Design can help. After initial meeting designer sends client a proposal / contract with scope of work timeline. Project begins as soon as contract is signed and 50% deposit is payed Design Process begins. Designer tells client all the steps that are ahead and there's a series of meeting in person and through Zoom Finally we provide full shopping list and manage project until installation is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
