Rafael executed excellent home repairs for my 2 bed rental condo. I handed him a long list of to-do's. Some small and some a little more complex like a lopsided bedroom door. He repaired and installed multiple things. Rafael levelled and painted all the doors, replaced the handles/hardware, installed vertical blinds, he even tackled rescreening my windows which were in poor condition. So he used his creativity to refurbish them. Also, after the tenant left, he tightened loose hinges on cabinet doors and installed a brand new nicely finished white shelf to the guest bathroom vanity. Painted inside closets. And caulked kitchen joints. Lastly, he covered some big holes visible on the outside stucco wall that were a leak hazard from an old patio awning. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Rafael! He is polite, respectful and provided receipts and estimated costs quickly. I sincerely recommend him for any home repairs. Hire Rafael! I promise you will not be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience. He did an excellent job painting my condo. I told him what I was looking for and what I expected at the end. He took the initiative to look into what is required to get the job done. He took the time and got more help where needed. He also helped in installation of frames and doors. He was able to get the necessary personnel to do the job as required. I was exceptionally pleased with his work.
I call on him and recommend him to anybody else who needs his expertise.
