- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What is usually standard during the day or night is the service trip charge. Any additional work such as a rekey, lockout, or install is at an additional cost. But always happy to provide the customer with an exact price once the scope of work is determined before anything is done. I also believe in charging for completing the job on the price quoted and not by the hour. I feel that a customer should not pay hourly for a technician that does not work efficiently, lacks knowledge or is simply trying to charge you the most he can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always happy to meet a new customer and provide professional service. Many times customers have many questions about type of hardware other options and I am glad to assist them by finding the best possible price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vehicle lockouts, commercial and residential work, high security locks, installations, repairs, safe opening, combination changing and repairs. Master key systems, access control, door closers, combination locks, safety deposit boxes opened and repaired. Licensed and insured.
