- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the scope of work. We are competitive to a point but we also are leaders in our field and know you will be getting the best service around. You get what you pay for. Talk open and honest and we will do the same and do our best to make it happen!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up call in with our designers or schedule a time for the customer to come to one of our offices. We go over what the customer would like ask about their vision and see if there's any examples of things they already like a lot. We put together an itemized and detailed invoice. Once accounting confirms payment we begin the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years hands on marketing experience with some of the biggest global brands in around. If there was a PH.D. In marketing /branding and promotion we would have a few.
