- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of every project will be calculated independently, based on complexity, hours and detail. Discounts will be added on packages of two or more projects together for the same client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Begin with a brief discovery call or message to understand the client’s goals and needs 2. Request detailed information about the desired job (content, references, deadlines) 3. Provide a clear quote and payment details 4. Begin work and deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeframe
