- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly fee and also packages available. There are absolutely no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have a free chat where I access what the client is looking for and the client can learn about what Divorce Harmony does. Once the client decides to work with Divorce Harmony, I am on call and available to them anytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of a top university and have a JD from the University of Miami School of Law. Licensed to practice law in New York. I practiced law for many years before opening my own diamond business. I'm a certified diamond expert. In these years I learned how to successfully run my own business including most importantly perfecting customer satisfaction. Being the mom of four children I bring unique life experience to the field of divorce mediation. I am an expert problem solver with a calm demeanor. Certified Family Mediator I have mediating 100's of cases over the last few years. Volunteered at my local County courthouse when I first started out for couples that could not afford mediation.
