Our pricing is based on the type of appointment, the number of notarizations required, travel distance (if applicable), and any additional services requested. Starting prices: 🔹 In-Office Appointments (Brickell): Starting at $50 🔹 Mobile Notary Appointments: Starting at $125 and includes travel within our standard service area (includes up to 3 stamps for 1 signer) 🔹 Remote Online Notarization (RON): Starting at $75 (includes up to 2 stamps and 2 signers) 🔹 Apostille Services: Custom quoted based on document type, destination country, and processing speed Additional services such as witnesses, courier service, expedited appointments, printing, or document shipping may affect pricing. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We've built our process around one goal: making notarization simple. 1️⃣ Seamless booking on our website 2️⃣ You'll immediately receive a confirmation email with appointment details, preparation instructions, and reminders. 3️⃣ At your appointment, we'll verify identification, complete the notarization, collect payment, and provide any requested scans or copies. Whether you're meeting us in Brickell, having a notary come to you, or completing your notarization online, we guide you through every step so you always know what to expect.
