• Notarization Fee is per notarized signature / notarial act.
• Travel Fee is based on distance from Miami to client’s location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before the appointment:
• Find out what type of document and how many signatures need to be notarized.
• If applicable to the document, inform the signer that witnesses are required.
During the appointment:
• Require the Signer’s physical appearance.
• Examine the document.
• Identify the Signer through valid photo ID.
• Record the notarial act.
• Perform the notarial act (Signer’s oral acknowledgment or affirmation) & witness the Signer’s signature.
• The Notary completes the Notarial Certificate.
