- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am a NNA Certified & Background Screened mobile Notary Signing Agent. I established my company in 2000 and work with a variety of local, state and national title companies. As a former banker with more than 25 years experience in the Mortgage Lending field, I am knowledgeable with 1st and 2nd mortgage loan documentation as well as Home Equity Lines of Credit. In addition, I am bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, therefore I am able to explain the documentation in both languages. I carry E & O insurance in the amount of $100,000.00. I cover the Miami-Dade County area and have, on occasions, also traveled to Broward and Monroe Counties. My payment schedule varies so I would prefer to discuss this with you.
