- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
📝 My Process for Working with New Clients 1️⃣ Quick Consultation We start with a short conversation to confirm your notary needs — whether it’s a loan signing, power of attorney, marriage license, or general notarization. I’ll explain what to expect, what ID is required, and answer any questions you have. 2️⃣ Flexible Scheduling You choose what works best for you! I offer mobile, remote online, and last-minute appointments, including evenings and weekends, across Miami-Dade and Broward County (and nationwide for online notarizations). 3️⃣ Document Preparation Before we meet, I’ll guide you on how to prepare your documents — no signatures until we’re together, but everything else ready to save time. 4️⃣ Professional Signing At your appointment, I’ll verify your identity, witness your signature, and notarize your documents accurately and efficiently — whether in person or online. 5️⃣ Confirmation & Delivery You’ll receive your completed, notarized documents immediately, with digital copies available upon request. For online sessions, your secure electronic notary record is stored and accessible for your peace of mind.

💡 Advice for Customers Looking to Hire a Notary When choosing a notary — especially a mobile or remote online notary — it’s important to look beyond just convenience. Here’s what to keep in mind: 1️⃣ Verify Commission and Credentials Always make sure your notary is commissioned by the State of Florida and, if applicable, certified for Remote Online Notarization (RON). A legitimate notary will have an active license number and be willing to show it upon request. 2️⃣ Look for Experience and Specialization If you’re handling real estate closings, loan signings, or legal documents, choose someone experienced in those areas. An experienced loan signing agent ensures accuracy and prevents costly mistakes. 3️⃣ Check Availability and Flexibility Life doesn’t always fit business hours — so find a notary who offers evening, weekend, or last-minute appointments, especially if you need urgent or mobile services. 4️⃣ Prioritize Professionalism and Communication A reliable notary will clearly explain the process, confirm required documents and IDs ahead of time, and communicate promptly. Friendly and professional service makes all the difference! 5️⃣ Ask About Remote Options If you’re out of the area or need something notarized fast, a Remote Online Notary (RON) can notarize your documents anywhere in the U.S. — even if you’re abroad.
