- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts for first time clients and for being in the service as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually thank them for reaching out and I ask them for specific details about their project or event so I know how to help them. I usually give my cell to talk over the phone so it is clear and we can connect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors degree in psychology and criminal law. I became a mobile notary and signing agent through the National Notary Association.
