- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes a state-regulated authorization fee, plus a mobile fee based on distance. Discounts may be available for multiple documents or repeat clients. I also offer bilingual services in English and Haitian Creole for clear communication. Printing services are available for an additional fee, especially for loan packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm your document type, location, and preferred time, then schedule your appointment with my portable printer. I can print documents on site if needed. I provide services in English and Creole. At the appointment, I verify ID and complete the news sensation quickly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned Florida notary public training in proper identification, document handling, and legal compliance. I stay updated on Florida notary laws and best practices.
